An immobiliser does its job well right up until the only transponder key is lost or the module fails — at which point the vehicle is a very expensive ornament. Dealers often quote for new modules, keys and towing to get it going again.
We come to the vehicle, diagnose the immobiliser and key system, and provide a solution that gets it starting again on site. Immobiliser work is done only for the registered keeper with proof of ownership.

Do I need proof of ownership?
Yes. We need the logbook (VRC) and photo ID matching the registered keeper before any immobiliser work is done.
Can you come to where the vehicle is?
Yes — that's the point of the service. The vehicle doesn't need to be towed anywhere.
